For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SELF-PROPELLED WHEELED DEVICES. A non-motorized platform, foot board, ski-like device, shoe, boot, or similar object mounted on wheels and designed or intended to propel a rider by human power or force of gravity including, but not limited to, skateboards, rollerskis, rollerskates, rollerblades, and bicycles. These devices do not include a wheelchair operated by a disabled person, wagons, or strollers.
