§ 71.05  PROHIBITED WINTER PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or owner to abandon or cause to allow a vehicle to remain, stand, or be parked upon any street within the city between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 1 through April 1 of each year.
