§ 70.05  EXHIBITION DRIVING PROHIBITED.
   No person shall turn, accelerate, decelerate, or otherwise operate a motor vehicle within the city in a manner which causes unnecessary engine noise or backfire, unnecessary squealing of tires, unnecessary skidding, unnecessary sliding, unnecessary swaying, unnecessary throwing of sand or gravel, or at any time or under any circumstances do a power turn (180-degree turn), or in any manner simulate a race or racing conditions. Squealing or screeching sounds emitted by tires, or the throwing of sand or gravel by the tires shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this section.
