§ 53.05  STORAGE OF CONTAINERS.
   Except on days scheduled for collection, garbage, rubbish, and recyclable containers shall be stored out of view of the public street and on the day of collection shall be made readily accessible to the collector, within ten feet of the curb line of the public street.
