§ 12-33 DAMAGE, DISPLACEMENT OR INTERFERENCE WITH CONTAINERS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, except the owner or the owner’s agent, or an authorized city employee, to damage, displace or otherwise interfere with garbage containers or the contents thereof.
