A. Requirements:
1. Mobile homes and modular homes must be placed on concrete or a concrete block foundation or a two foot by four foot (2' x 4') or two foot by six foot (2' x 6') stud wall and covered with metal skirting.
2. Mobile homes and modular homes must be inspected and approved and a building permit issued prior to being placed on any lot within the city limits.
3. Mobile homes and modular homes must be a minimum of fourteen feet (14') wide. Any mobile home or modular home less than fourteen feet (14') wide shall be prohibited within the city limits, except those mobile homes and modular homes located in a duly established mobile home park.
B. Exceptions:
1. Licensed recreational campers and trailers and vehicles with a valid recreational sticker are excluded from this section.
2. This section shall not apply to mobile homes and modular homes located in a duly established mobile home park. (Ord. 5-94, 8-8-1994)
