A. Council Member Responsible: As soon as possible after his election as such, the mayor shall appoint one member of the city council to be responsible for all functions of the city domestic water system.
B. Additional Personnel: Such additional personnel as, in the judgment of the city council are necessary, will be employed for the efficient and effective operation of the city water department. (2015 Code)
