6-1-2: CREATION OF CITY PARK:
All of block two (2) of the original townsite of Eden is set aside as a city park, to be maintained by the city. Said park shall be an Idaho state controlled park through admission of funding for park development. By current resolution of the city council, the name of said park shall be the James E. Lulow Memorial Park as of January 1987. (2015 Code)
