6-1-1: RESPONSIBLE COUNCIL MEMBER:
The mayor shall designate one member of the city council to have general responsibility to see that the maintenance and uses of the city park are conducted in a satisfactory manner and to make recommendations before the city council and mayor on the needs of the park. (2015 Code)
