A. Practice Prohibited:
1. It shall be unlawful for any person to consume beer or alcoholic liquor upon the public streets or public areas within the city.
2. It shall be unlawful for any person to break open, or to allow to be broken open, any container of beer or alcoholic liquor while the same is being transported or is in an automobile or vehicle upon the public or private streets and areas within the city.
3. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to scatter beer containers or other related garbage in any open area within the city of Eden.
B. Penalty: Violations of this section by any person shall be considered misdemeanors and, upon conviction thereof, such person shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (2015 Code)
