3-3-5: INTERFERENCE WITH CITY OFFICIAL:
It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hinder or refuse to allow any authorized city employee to enter upon private or public property during usual business hours to enforce any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 3-2009, 5-11-2009)
