A. Limitation On Dumping: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to dump any garbage within the territorial jurisdiction of the city, except in such location as has been officially designated. It shall further be unlawful to dump any garbage or refuse upon, along or near the access road leading to or from such dump ground, wherever it may be situated.
B. Jerome County Dump: The current resolution has designated the current Jerome County Dump as the location for the city dump grounds. (2015 Code)
