3-1-4: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction, upon conviction thereof, and shall pay a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per offense. Every day in which any such violation continues may be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 2-2017, 7-10-2017)
