3-1-2: FIRE HAZARDS:
   A.   Contained Fires Defined: "Contained fires" are hereby defined as fires wholly within a metal, mortar, brick or stone container which is noninflammable, and which is equipped with an adequate screen to prevent the scattering of sparks or burning material from the flue or smoke exit.
   B.   Burning Restricted: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to make or kindle or cause to be made or kindled, any fires which are uncontained, unless such fires are at least twenty five feet (25') from any building and at least fifteen feet (15') from any wooden fence or other materials liable to take fire.
