2-2-9: HOURS OF SALE:
Beer, wine and/or liquor may be sold by a holder of a valid license to sell beer, wine and/or liquor within the city limits only between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. and one o'clock (1:00) A.M. of the following day. (Ord. 2006-8, 9-11-2006)
