Every person to whom a license has been granted to sell, barter, trade or dispose of beer under the provisions of this chapter shall, at all regular business hours, be open to the inspection of a city police officer or other designated representative, a peace officer of the county of Jerome, a peace officer of the state of Idaho, or officer of the United States Of America; and shall at these times allow said officers to make an examination and inspection of the licensed premises to ascertain if the licensee of such premises is conforming to the provisions hereof, the laws of the county of Jerome, state of Idaho, or the United States applicable thereto.
