2-1-3: LICENSE FEES PAYABLE IN ADVANCE:
   A.   License fees shall be paid in advance at the office of the city clerk.
   B.   Fees under this chapter shall be established by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 2009-9, 11-9-2009, eff. 1-1-2010)
