10-6-3: SEWERS AND DRAINS:
   A.   Inside City Limits: Sewers and drains shall be constructed at the expense of the subdivider and shall conform to city standards. The city engineer shall inspect the construction. Prior to completion of street construction, the subdivider shall, at his expense, stub in or run a line from the sewer line installation in that street to the edge of the property to be served, so as to avoid street damage resulting from such stub or connecting line being installed after street construction.
   B.   Outside City Limits: When sewers and drains are constructed in subdivisions outside the city limits, the subdivider shall be responsible for the expense of construction. Sewers must conform to state standards. Where the subdivision is being considered for annexation, the sewers and drains shall comply with city standards. (Ord. 96-7, 11-11-1996)
