Eight (8) copies of the preliminary plat and supplementary material specified shall be submitted to the city council at least fifteen (15) days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting for consideration. A fee set by resolution of the city council shall be paid at the time of application. (Ord. 96-7, 11-11-1996)
