10-2-4: IRRIGATION FACILITIES:
If rerouting of irrigation facilities is required, documentary evidence of consent to the rerouting by all parties interested shall be presented to the city council. See section 10-5-14 of this title. (Ord. 96-7, 11-11-1996)
