10-1-4: PENALTY:

Any person, firm or corporation violating any regulation of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each and every day during which the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 96-7, 11-11-1996; amd. 2015 Code)
