The following land use changes shall require a written application to the city council, accompanied by the listed fees:
A. Changing of zoning boundaries: Fifty dollars ($50.00).
B. Special use permit: Fifty dollars ($50.00).
C. Variance: Fifty dollars ($50.00).
D. Change to the comprehensive plan: Seventy five dollars ($75.00).
E. Vacation of streets/alleyways: Twenty five dollars ($25.00). (Ord. 96-5, 10-9-1996)
