There shall be three classes of building sewer permits: residential; commercial; and industrial. In any case, the owner or his or her agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the village. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other information considered necessary and appropriate in the judgment of the POTW Manager. A minimum permit and inspection fee inspection fee of $10 for a residential, $25 for a commercial, and $50 for an industrial building sewer permit shall be paid to the village at the time the application is filed. Agents of the village, State Department of Environmental Quality, or the EPA shall have the right to enter all properties for the purpose of inspecting and copying all records which are required to be kept pursuant to this chapter.
