§ 117.18 ZONING DISTRICTS FOR ADULT USE MARIHUANA ESTABLISHMENTS.

(A) All marihuana establishments, except a marihuana retailer, shall be located only in an Industrial Zoning District as a special use, as further specified in the zoning ordinance of the village.

(B) All marihuana retailers shall be located only in the Central Business Zoning District, as a special use, as further specified in the zoning ordinance of the village.
