447.01 DEFINITIONS.

As used in this chapter:

(a) "Golf Cart" is an under-speed vehicle or a golf cart with enhancements so as to limit speeds in excess of twenty miles per hour.

(b) "Mini-truck" has the same meaning as set forth on Ohio R.C. 4501.01 (BBB).

(c) "Motor Vehicle" has the same meaning as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(B).

(d) "Operator" has the same meaning as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(X).

(e) "Under-Speed Vehicle" has the same meaning as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01 (XX).

(f) "Utility Vehicle" has the same meaning as set forth in Ohio R. C. 4501.01 (VV)

(g) "Vehicle" has the same meaning as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(A).
