10-1-1: PURPOSE:
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of East Moline, Illinois adopted July 24, 1967, be and is hereby amended by striking all of said ordinance and inserting in lieu thereof the chapters contained in this title. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)
