Except on Sundays or holidays, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for a longer consecutive period of time than that designated in the following areas during the hours or parts of hours herein designated: (1962 Code § 18.511)
(A) Three (3) hours between eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M.:
9th Street on the east side thereof, from 113th Avenue to 17th Avenue;
13th Avenue on the north side thereof from the CB&Q Railroad to 13th Street;
13th Street on both sides thereof, from 13th Avenue to 5th Avenue;
15th Avenue on both sides thereof, from 6th Street to 12th Street;
16th Avenue on the north side thereof, from 7th Street to 9th Street and from no. 1 fire station east to a point one hundred feet (100') east of the northeast corner of the intersection of 11th Street and 16th Avenue;
16th Avenue on the south side thereof, from 1st Street to 11th Street;
17th Avenue on the north side thereof, from 1st Street to 921 17th Avenue;

(B) Thirty (30) minute parking between eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and three o'clock (3:00) P.M.:
On the west side of 7th Street between 15th Avenue and 16th Avenue.
(C) Fifteen (15) minute parking between eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M.:
On the north side of 16th Avenue between the no. 1 fire station and 9th Street.
On both sides of 9th Street between 16th Avenue and the alley north of 16th Avenue. (Ord. 76-6, 3-1-1976)
(D) Ten (10) minute parking:
On the north side of 16th Avenue from the northeast corner of 8th Street to the eastern boundary line of the property owned by the United States post office. (Ord. 76-58, 10-4-1976)
(E) Two (2) hour parking between eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and four o'clock (4:00) P.M.:
On both sides of 20th Avenue A from 12th Street to Archer Drive. (Ord. 80-22, 6-2-1980)
(F) Two (2) hour parking:
On the south side of 20th Avenue Way from 12th Street to 13th Street. (Ord. 83-19, 6-20-1983)
