There shall be no parking between the hours of three o'clock (3:00) P.M. and four thirty o'clock (4:30) P.M. in any of the following places:
On the north side of 13th Avenue from the BNSF Railroad, f.k.a. Chicago, Milwaukee And St. Paul Railroad right of way, east to an alley between the said right of way and 13th Street. (1962 Code § 18.502; amd. 1974 Code)
There shall be no parking on either side of 17th Avenue from the east line of 1st Street and the intersection of 1st Street and 17th Avenue continuing east to the west line of 10th Street at the intersection of 10th Street and 17th Avenue on either side of 18th Avenue from the east line of 10th Street and the intersection of 10th Street and 18th Avenue continuing east to the west line of 19th Street at the intersection of 19th Street and 18th Avenue from six o'clock (6:00) A.M. to eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and from three o'clock (3:00) P.M. to five o'clock (5:00) P.M., Monday through Saturday, except Sunday and all holidays. There shall be two (2) hour parking for said above described area from the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. to three o'clock (3:00) P.M., Monday through Saturday, except Sunday and all holidays, except in the following described areas where there shall be no parking at any time:
(A) On either side of 17th Avenue for a distance of two hundred fifty feet (250') east and west of its intersection with 4th Street.
(B) On either side of 17th Avenue from a distance of two hundred fifty feet (250') east and west of its intersection with 7th Street.
(C) On the south side of 18th Avenue beginning at the southwest corner of 13th Street and 18th Avenue, thence west for a distance of two hundred fifty feet (250').
(D) On the south side of 18th Avenue commencing with the middle of 18th Street west one hundred feet (100').
(E) On either side of 18th Avenue for a distance of two hundred fifty feet (250') west of its intersection with 19th Street. (Ord. 66-25, 10-17-1966)
There shall be no parking on the following streets between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M., Monday through Friday:
(A) On the south side of 7th Avenue from the west curb line of 13th Street in a westerly direction to the Deere & Company property line.
(B) On the north side of 7th Avenue from a point one hundred fourteen feet (114') west of the west curb line of 13th Street in a westerly direction to the Deere & Company property line. (Ord. 79-24, 5-7-1979)
There shall be no parking on the north side of 13th Avenue from the west line of 13th Street in a westerly direction to the Milwaukee railroad tracks except from eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. to two o'clock (2:00) P.M., Monday through Friday. (Ord. 81-52, 6-6-1981)
There shall be no parking on the south side of 9th Avenue from 13th Street to seventy feet (70') east of the alley from seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. to four o'clock (4:00) P.M., Monday through Friday. (Ord. 93-51, 10-4-1993)
