9-2-42: SNOWMOBILES PROHIBITED ON RIGHT OF WAY:

It is unlawful for any person to drive or operate any snowmobile on a public street, public sidewalk or upon any other public right of way within the city of East Moline. Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be fined in a sum not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 78-2, 1-3-1978)
