9-2-23: SPECIAL SPEED LIMIT; SCHOOLS:
No person shall drive a motor vehicle at a speed in excess of twenty (20) miles per hour while passing the following designated school zones on a school days between 6:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. when school children are present.
   4th Avenue, from 673 feet east of 27th Street to 1,467 feet west of 36th Street.
   18th Avenue, from 66 feet west of 7th Street to 25 feet east of 5th Street.
   30th Avenue, from 775 feet east of 5th Street to 9 1/2th Street.
   7th Street, from 29th Avenue to 165 feet north of 36th Avenue.
   J.F. Kennedy Drive, from 227 feet south of 18th Avenue to 32 feet south of 22nd Avenue Court.
   22'' Avenue, from J.F. Kennedy Drive to 5th Street.
   11th Street, from 689 feet south of 45th Avenue to 222 feet north of 48th Avenue.
   Avenue of the Cities South Service Road, from 57 feet east of 5th Street to 367 feet west of 5th Street.
   5th Street, from 79 feet south of Avenue of the Cities South Service Road to 303 feet north of 43rd Avenue Court.
   Oaklawn Avenue, 5th Street to Forest Road.
   Avenue of the Cities North Service Road, from 11th Street to Archer Drive.
   Archer Drive, from 429 feet south of 37th Avenue to Avenue of the Cities North Service Road.
   46th Avenue, from 140 feet east of 9th Street to 100 feet west of 11th Street.
