It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to turn left at any of the following locations:
Exit of the alley between the North Service Road of 42nd Avenue and 41st Avenue, west of 9th Street, and proceeding in an easterly direction. (Ord. 85-1, 1-7-1985)
