No driver of a vehicle, whether manually or motor propelled, shall drive within any sidewalk area, except at a permanent or temporary driveway, nor onto or upon any portion of a roadway marked as a safety zone, nor upon any portion of the dyke or floodwall system within the City. This provision shall not apply to City maintenance vehicles performing their normal duties. Any person convicted of a violation of this Section shall be fined in a sum not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 75-46, 11-3-1975)
