Any person, firm, or corporation charged with any of the following violations of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes:

Operation of vehicle with expired registration, plates or registration sticker

Failure to notify Secretary of State of change of address/name

Improper use of registration or title

No valid driver's license (Expired less than 6 months)

M.C. violation of license classification (A.B.C.D.E.F.)

Illegal operation of fertilizer spreader

Permitting unauthorized person to drive

Failure to signal where required, improper signal, improper use of turn signal

within forty eight (48) hours of receiving a citation, shall have the option of pleading "No Contest" and paying a penalty of twenty five dollars ($25.00). At said time, the State of Illinois charge shall be dismissed by the office of the City Attorney or by the Special City Prosecutor. (Ord. 88-15, 2-15-1988)
