Any person, firm, or corporation charged with any of the following violations of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes:

5/3-416 | Failure to notify Secretary of State of change of address/name |
5/3-703 | Improper use of registration or title |
5/6-101 | No valid driver's license (Expired less than 6 months) |
5/6-104 (a) | M.C. violation of license classification (A.B.C.D.E.F.) |
5/3-809 | Illegal operation of fertilizer spreader |
5/6-304 | Permitting unauthorized person to drive |
5/11-804 | Failure to signal where required, improper signal, improper use of turn signal |
5/11-1303 | Parking where prohibited |
5/11-1401 | Unattended motor vehicle left illegally |
5/11-1501 - 5/11-1511 | Operation of bicycle or motorized pedacycle |
5/12-201 - 5/12-215 | Improper lighting, taillights (none), no red taillights, only one red taillight, one headlight |
5/12-502 | No rearview mirrors |
5/12-503 (ABC) | Obstructed windshield, front side windows or rear window |
5/12-602 | Muffler, loud, excessive noise or no muffler |
5/12-603.1 | No seat belts, driver and passenger |
within forty eight (48) hours of receiving a citation, shall have the option of pleading "No Contest" and paying a penalty of twenty five dollars ($25.00). At said time, the State of Illinois charge shall be dismissed by the office of the City Attorney or by the Special City Prosecutor. (Ord. 88-15, 2-15-1988)
