8-2-25: AUTHORITY:
The Director of Engineering Services shall have authority and it shall be his duty to exercise his judgement in the public interest, in the issuance of driveway approach permits, with respect to the size, location, specification and timing of construction or other qualifications affecting same. (Ord. 95-11, 4-3-1995)
