(A) The fee required for all such construction permits shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) for residential sidewalks. The fee shall be applicable to original construction and any widening or replacement.

(C) The fee for a permit issued under a stop work order will be twice the required fee for each permit. All fees and previous permits must be paid in full before any permits will be issued. (Ord. 95-11, 4-3-1995)
