8-1-6: DEFECTS:

It shall be the duty of every City officer or employee becoming cognizant of any defect in any street or alley or sidewalk or any obstruction thereof, to, report the same to the Director of Maintenance Services as soon as possible. (Ord. 99-10, 3-15-1999)
