7-14-7: CONFLICT OF ORDINANCE:
In any case where a provision of this ordinance is found to be in conflict with a provision of the East Moline building code(s) current practice, the East Moline building code(s) will prevail and remain in full force. (Ord. 97-44, 11-17-1997)
