7-14-6: PENALTIES:

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less that fifty dollars ($50.00) and not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day which such a violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 97-44, 11-17-1997)
