7-14-5: TESTING AND EVALUATION:
The health inspector or authorized representative for the East Moline health department, within six (6) months after new home occupancy, shall provide appropriate tests to determine the effectiveness of the radon resistant new construction methods; and at no expense to the homeowner. The health inspector shall provide explanation of test results to homeowner, and may make recommendations to enhance or improve the indoor radon levels. (Ord. 97-44, 11-17-1997)
