This ordinance shall be enforced by the health inspector or authorized representative for the city of East Moline (Illinois) health department in accordance with the "Model Standards And Techniques For Control Of Radon In New Residential Buildings"; United States environmental protection agency, air and radiation, March 1994, and any subsequent revisions, copies of which will be on file in the city clerk's office.
