Any person, firm or corporation who is actually engaged in the practice of tattooing at the time of final passage of this Chapter and meets all the requirements except as to adequacy of facilities, and, upon payment of the prescribed fee, shall be granted a license. Such person shall have thirty (30) days from the effective date of this Ordinance from which this Chapter is derived to bring his facilities into compliance with this Chapter. (Ord. 95-1, 2-6-1995)
