7-13-5: APPLICATION AND FEE:

Any person desiring to obtain a license to operate a tattooing establishment shall make application to the City Clerk who shall refer all such applications to the Chief of Police and Health Inspector for an appropriate investigation. (Ord. 95-1, 2-6-1995)
