7-13-4: EXCEPTIONS TO PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER:

The requirements of this Chapter shall have no application and no effect upon and shall not be construed as applying to any person, firm or corporation licensed by the State to practice medicine or licensed by the State to practice any of the healing arts. (Ord. 95-1, 2-6-1995)
