(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of operating a tattooing establishment within the City without first paying an annual license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and payable to City Clerk's office upon written approval from the health authority and to engage in such business in accordance with the provisions hereof.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or conduct any tattoo establishment within the City without a tattoo license, respectively, which shall be issued pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter, or to employ any person as a tattooer, who has not paid for such tattoo artists annual license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each artist, and payable to City Clerk's office, upon written approval from the health authority.
