The Health Officer shall prepare an infectious waste inventory plan of all infectious waste generators. Such infectious waste inventory plan shall be limited to general identification of types of infectious waste generated (e.g., laboratory waste, infectious waste sharps, non-infectious waste sharps, fluid blood/blood products and body fluids, animal waste, other) and, name, address, and phone number of infectious waste generator.
