7-12-2: AUTHORITY; ADMINISTRATION, INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT:
The Health Officer of the East Moline Public Health Department is authorized to administer and enforce all the provisions of this Chapter relating to the generation, storage, treatment, transportation, and disposal of infectious wastes in the City. (Ord. 90-31, 8-20-1990)
