6-13-1: PURPOSE:

This chapter is declared necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the people of the city, and is intended to address a public nuisance created by individuals operating motor vehicles upon the streets and highways of this city. (Ord. 09-01, 2-17-2009)
