6-5-9: DOGFIGHTS AND OTHER ANIMAL FIGHTS:

It shall be unlawful to instigate, promote, advertise, collect money, cause or procure any dogfight, cockfight, or any public sport, wagering, entertainment, or private fighting or the intentional killing of any animals within the city of East Moline. (Ord. 04-15, 5-3-2004)
