6-5-7: LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF ANIMALS:
It shall be unlawful to harbor or keep more than three (3) dogs or three (3) cats, or any combination thereof, anywhere in the city.
Any person harboring or keeping more than three (3) dogs or three (3) cats shall be licensed by the Illinois department of agriculture as a kennel operator. (Ord. 04-15, 5-3-2004)
