6-3-50: SALE OF TOBACCO TO MINORS:

Prohibition: No minor under eighteen (18) years of age shall buy or be in possession of, any tobacco products, or alternative nicotine products. No person shall sell, buy for, distribute samples of, or furnish any tobacco products, or alternative nicotine products, to any minor under eighteen (18) years of age. (Ord. 14-01, 3-3-2014; amd.
